Business Information – Business name, GSTIN, FSSAI license (if applicable), business address, PAN card, and bank account details.
Personal Information – Name, email, mobile number, ID proof (for KYC/verification).
Operational Information – Product listings, inventory, pricing, invoices, order details, sales data, and support tickets.
Technical Information – IP address, login details, browser type, and device information when accessing the seller dashboard.

Manage your seller account and dashboard access.

As a seller on Zoopet, you agree to:

Comply with applicable laws (GST, FSSAI, Consumer Protection Act, etc.).
Not misuse buyer data shared with you (e.g., shipping address, phone number). Buyer data may only be used for order fulfillment.
We retain seller data for as long as your account is active or as required by law.
Even after termination of your seller account, we may keep limited information for tax, audit, and compliance purposes.
As a seller, you have the right to:
Access and update your account details via the Seller Dashboard.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
Request account closure (subject to settlement of pending orders, payments, or disputes).
We may use cookies, analytics, and tracking tools to improve seller dashboard performance and personalize your experience.
You can manage cookie settings in your browser, but some features may not work properly without them.
Zoopet may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify sellers of major changes via email or seller dashboard notifications. Your continued use of the platform after changes indicates your acceptance.
